It’s easier to create outstanding work at KA Advertising than at a lot of other ad agencies for three simple reasons: One, the founders genuinely believe that it’s the sharpness of the creative idea and it’s execution that makes all the difference to our clients’ success. Two, all our clients work with us because they appreciate creative work. And three, everyone in the team plays, not just the stars. Which means everyone gets a shot at the brief. No one sits on the sidelines.

Having said that, it’s not all that easy. We’re fanatical about ideas and perfectionists when it comes to execution. This means that if you work for us you have to come up with more great ideas on a daily basis than you would have to if you worked at another agency. Ideas die here with alarming regularity. (Even the seemingly clutter-breaking, out-of-the-box, never-been-done-before ones.) You also have to possess the patience, the passion and the resolve to shepherd your idea through to execution.

Right now we’re looking for the following:

Project Manager

Part fire-fighter, part lion-tamer, part magician, you live on the Internet 24×7. You can communicate effectively – whether it’s in an email, in140 characters or on a blog post. You’ve got your ear to the ground and are quick to spot the latest SoMe trends.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked before – at an ad agency or any other place. In fact, we’d prefer if you’ve never worked before. If you’ve ticked all the boxes so far, read on.

Your primary responsibility will be managing client needs and expectations. You will run the projects assigned to you and help manage and optimize costs and profitability. You will delivery top quality service. And actively solicit client feedback and act on it.

    Here’s what we would also like you to do:

  1. Manage our properties on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, YouTube, etc.
  2. Evangelize SoMe internally.
  3. Drink beer with the rest of the agency occasionally.
